Caution
To Power off – Press power button twice. Always allow the projector to cool by waiting until the fan has stopped and the LED lights have become stationary.
Caution
This air filter should be free of dust. If the filter is blocked the projector cannot “breathe”, causing a build up of heat and the result is irreparable damage. This is the only regular maintenance and needs to be checked as often as the operating environment requires. To maintain, unclip the air filter here and clean
Step 7. No image on laptop or projector Screen? Hold down Fn Key & F5 to toggle (Wait~5 seconds before pressing again)

Troubleshooting Guide

  • Remote doesn’t work - A. ensure to point the remote either at the projector or the screen. B. Check the batteries still have sufficient power.
  • Image on Projector screen but not Laptop screen - See step 7
  • Image upside down or back to front - the projector has been set for ceiling or rear projection. Push the Right hand arrow on the menu circle on the top of the projector. Move yellow highlight to options menu. Arrow down to mirror then arrow across so the indicator is pointing to normal. The orientation of the image will now right itself. Menu will disappear.
  • Image wrong colour (VERY Blue, Red or Green) - Check the computer cable and that all the pins are straight and not broken. Each pin and cable between them has its own colour if one of these does not make connection the result is an image without that component of colour. Solution - the cable must be replaced. (Note if one pin in the middle is missing, that’s normal.)
  • Image Blurred - turn the lens at the front like a camera, this should sharpen the image.
